CALGARY -- The Canadian womens hockey team will face the United States in a six-game series as preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. The series will begin Oct. 12 at Gutterson Fieldhouse in Burlington, Vt., Hockey Canada said Thursday in a release. The teams will face off again Oct. 17 at the Centre dExcellence Sports Rousseau in Boisbriand, Que.
